In an action to recover damages inter alla for false arrest, defendant appeals (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 28, 1971, as denied its motion to set aside a jury verdict of $15,000 in favor of plaintiff upon the first two causes of action (false arrest and false imprisonment) and (2) from a judgment of the same court, entered June 4, 1971, upon said verdict.
