This is an action by appellants against appellees to recover liquidated damages for the breach of a contract for the sale of real estate. The com: plaint is in a single paragraph, demanding a judgment for $1,000 for breach of such contract, which was answered' by a general denial. Appellees.filed a counterclaim, demanding a judgment for $3,000 for a breach of the same contract, which was answered by general denial. Trial was had by the court.
