Mahoney, J.(1) Cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connor, J.), entered April 17, 1992 in Greene County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff, and (2) appeal from an order of said court, entered October 7, 1992 in Greene County, which denied defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict.
