The Department of- Labor and Industry appealed to the Superior Court 1 from the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review affirming an award of unemployment compensation. In the brief of the appellee board, it is said-, “This is a friendly proceeding instituted to seek judicial guidance in the application of the term ‘good cause’ in section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law . .'
