Following her removal as a public school psychologist from Tigard High School and the subsequent termination of her employment with the Northwest Regional Education Service District (“NWRESD”), Carla Sweet filed suit against the Tigard-Tualatin School District (“TTSD”); its employees Danielle Johnson, Petrea Hagen-Gilden, and Mark Kubiaczyk; the NWRESD; and NWRESD employee Mike Barker.
