This is an appeal from an order setting aside a decree of adoption which had made the petitioners, who are the appellants in this case, the adoptive parents of Darryl Keith Lanless.
Myrtle Lauless, the respondent, is the natural mother of the child. In October, 1953, soon after she obtained a divorce from her husband, she placed the child, then ten months of age, in the custody of the petitioners.
