OPINION

CHRISTIE, Judge.

This is an action for personal injuries incurred when the plaintiff fell from a walkway to the ground two stories below. The defendants have moved for summary judgment.

The plaintiff, Helen James, was an employee of the Gas Lamp Club which is located at 911-915 Shipley Street in Wilmington. On July 13, 1970, she was required to go to a supply room located in the building at 911 Shipley Street. Because of the manner in which the buildings had been constructed, to gain entrance to the supply room, the plaintiff had to walk across a catwalk which connected the two…
