This cause is before the Court on the following motions which were filed by the Defendant, Tom Scott, Jr. (“Scott”): (1) Motion for Summary Judgment and for Partial Summary Judgment on Counterclaim; (2) Motion to Strike Plaintiffs Expert Reports Submitted in Opposition to Scott’s Motion for Summary Judgment; and (3) Motion to Strike Inadmissible Proof.
