OPINION

PHILLIPS PARSONS, Chief Judge.

Bettye Ramona Zwosta and James Mitchell Setters (“Debtors”) appeal the bankruptcy court’s orders denying their motions for summary judgment and granting summary judgments in favor of JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) on Chase’s complaints seeking judgments of nondischargeability pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). Although we conclude that the bankruptcy court correctly determined the legal issue of whether Chase had an interest in the property allegedly injured, we reverse the grants of summary judgment because unresolved issues remain in these cases. 1
