—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Quinones, J.), rendered April 6, 1990, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was indicted, inter alia, for sexual abuse in the first degree, for conduct involving a girl who was seven years old at the time of the incident. The defendant’s argument that the indictment was deficient on this count is unpreserved, since he failed to renew his motion to dismiss the indictment…
