—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Owens, J.), rendered October 5, 1993, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that he was not adequately advised of the behavior underlying the fourth count of the indictment charging him with endangering the welfare of a child is unpreserved for appellate review (see, People v Weldon, 191 AD2d 662).
