This is ail appeal from an order dissolving a writ of attachment by virtue of which the plaintiff seized a quantity of muskrat hides belonging to the defendant. After the denial of a petition to dissolve the attachment, the defendant entered a general appearance and filed his answer to the declaration. A few days later he made a second application to dissolve the attachment and to vacate the former order of denial. This motion was granted. The attachment was dissolved and an appeal taken by the plaintiff to this court.
