YARRUT, Judge.

This is a suit by Plaintiffs to recover from Defendant the sum of $5,150.00 each, with interest and costs, based upon a written instrument signed by all the parties, reading as follows :

“It is agreed that SALOON, INCORPORATED is indebted to ANTHONY MACERATO and LAWRENCE MU-HOBERAC in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY and 00/100 DOLLARS ($5,150.00) each, which represents the value of the services rendered by each of them to the business of the corporation and the corporation will pay this money to them in periodic installments out of the profits to be earned by the…
