Affirming.
Irvine Adams, administrator of the estate of Chester Adams, deceased, instituted this suit in the Trimble circuit court against Callis & Hughes, a partnership, to recover for the death of his decedent, Chester Adams, who was killed by a rock thrown from a blast set off in a rock quarry. The facts are these:
