On May 19, 1994, third-party defendant First National Insurance Company of America (“First National”) filed a Notice of Removal to this court predicated on diversity jurisdiction. ALFA Mutual Insurance Company (“ALFA”), the plaintiff in the original action, filed a Motion to Remand this cause to the Circuit Court of Covington County, Alabama on May 23, 1994.
