This matter is before the Court upon Defendant/Third Party Plaintiff Electric Motor Systems, Inc.’s motion to remand and for costs and expenses, Third Party Defendant NN Investors Life Insurance Company’s memorandum in opposition thereto, and the original defendant’s reply memorandum.
