An action was brought by Charles W. Habig against Harry S. Bastian upon an alleged transaction which occurred between the parties in which Bastian became indebted to Habig in the sum of sixteen thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars, so Habig asserts.
• The declaration consisted of six counts. The first two counts were for an alleged breach of a simple contract for the sale of certain lots of land in Hollywood, Florida.
