Appeal from that part of an order of the Family-Court of Tompkins County (Sherman, J.), entered June 21, 2006, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate Nahia M. and Nary an M. to be permanently neglected children, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
