Alabama Great Southern R. v. Brookshire

This personal-injury damage action, brought in the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee, was removed to the United States District Court on the ground of diversity of citizenship of the parties. Two railroads, in addition to the appellant Alabama Great Southern Railroad Company, were nominal defendants; but the judgment from which appeal has been taken *280was rendered against appellant alone. The record does not disclose in what manner the other defendants were discharged from the case.
