This is an original action in mandamus brought by relator, Ohio Motorists Association, and the inter-venor-relator, Olen E. Reger, against the Mayor of the village of Linndale (in his capacity as President of the Linndale Council), the members of the Council of Linndale, and the Linndale Chief of Police.
