Before the Court is the objection of Ranger Insurance Company to Delta Underground’s motion for approval of an agreed order allowing settlement and compromise of claims, allowed unsecured claims and other relief, and the motions to dismiss or strike the objection of Ranger Insurance filed on behalf of Delta Underground, The Edge Companies, Inc., Chevron U.S.A., Inc., Solon Scott, Jr., Scott Petroleum Corporation, and America’s Catch, Inc.
