Mayfield B. Hope (appellant) was granted a rehearing en banc from a panel decision affirming the judgment of the Circuit Court of Henrico County (trial court) which approved his jury convictions for breaking and entering (statutory burglary) and grand larceny. The sole issue presented on rehearing is “[wjhether the trial court erred in allowing the Commonwealth to introduce into evidence a gun and bullets found at the scene of [his] apprehension.” We hold that the trial court did not err in *383allowing that evidence to be considered by the jury; thus, we…
