McGIVERIN, Chief Justice.

This matter arises out of plaintiffs’ suit for defendants’ alleged conversion of collateral and proceeds of collateral in which plaintiffs held a security interest. The suit was tried at law to the district court against two of the defendants, Tripoli Ag Center and Farmers Savings Bank of Fre-derika. The court denied plaintiffs any recovery from either of these defendants, and plaintiffs appealed.
