Wanda Mack and Rex Furlough, Sr., the independent administrators of Eloise Warren’s estate (the plaintiffs), filed a medical malpractice action in the circuit court for wrongful death and named as defendants Dr. Kenneth Anderson, Dr. Judith Keddington, and Anderson Surgical Group, S.C., individually and as agents of SSM Health Care Corporation, doing business as St. Francis Hospital and Health Center (St. Francis Hospital) (the defendants).
