Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Tompkins County (Friedlander, J.), rendered June 25, 1991, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and (2) from a judgment of said court, rendered August 23, 1991, which resentenced defendant for said crimes.
