This cause reaches this court as a result of the allowance of plaintiffs’ petition for leave to appeal from the judgment entered by the Appellate Court for the First District, reversing the judgment entered in their behalf in the circuit court of Cook County. The plaintiffs in this proceeding are L. H. Barkhausen and Randolph Bohrer, copartners, doing business as the Doubleby Co., pursuant to a partnership agreement effective as of January 31, 1940.
