— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (De Rosa, J.), rendered April 26, 2007, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s knowing, voluntary, and intelligent waiver of his right to appeal precludes review of his claims regarding the court’s denial of that branch of his omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence, as well as his claims regarding counsel’s performance at the suppression hearing, and the excessiveness…
