ARTHUR B. BRISKMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption 1 (“Objection”) filed by Kenneth D. Herron, Jr., the Chapter 7 Trustee herein (“Trustee”), in which the Trustee objects to the homestead exemption claimed by Mary L. Edwards, the Debtor herein (“Debtor”). An evidentiary hearing on the Objection was held on July 6, 2006, at which the Debtor, counsel for the Debt- or, the Trustee, and counsel for the Trustee appeared.
