This was an action for divorce upon the ground of enitreme cruelty commenced by defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the plaintiff in error, defendant 'below. Hereafter, for convenience, the parties will be designated plaintiff and defendant, respectively, as they appeared in the trial court.

The petition of the plaintiff was in the usual form in such actions and stated facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action,
