Plaintiff and Defendant were married on 18 December 1993. Three children were born of the marriage between Plaintiff and Defendant. Plaintiff and Defendant separated on 10 February 2006. Plaintiff filed a complaint for child custody, child support, equitable distribution, and attorney’s fees on 13 July 2006. Defendant answered on 5 October 2007, and included counterclaims for inequitable distribution in her favor, child custody, sequestration of the marital residence for the use and benefit of the children, child support, and attorney’s fees.
