— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Myerson, J.), rendered September 19, 1980, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth (now fourth) degree and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Before trial a suppression hearing was held to determine *892whether defendant’s arrest and the seizure of contraband in his possession were lawful.
