This suit was brought by appellees S. Minchen, Breitermann Holding Corporation of Texas, Reppil Oil Company, Mrs. Beaula M. Munzesheimer, Mrs. Gussie Coleman (joined by her husband), and H. & N. Company, to remove the clouds cast on their title to interests to which they succeeded from the original lessee in that oil, gas and mineral lease, dated March 11, 1922, from appellant, Mrs. Belle Wisdom, and G. H. Wisdom, William A. Vinson and G. H. Irish, covering a tract of 840 acres of land in the A. Darst League, Brazoria County; and in their petition the aforesaid appellees asked…
