Appellant Dennis Dempsey, III (“appellant”) has appealed to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania (“Superior Court”) from this court’s order dated and docketed on October 20, 2011, and entered as a final judgment on November 7, 2011, following a one (1) day bench trial on October 14, 2011.
