Plaintiffs herein ask to examine the defendant corporations on matters pertinent to her and his cause of action and which matters apparently are peculiarly within the knowledge of the defendants. The order asked for is one “ directing an officer of each of the defendant corporations to appear * * * and to give testimony as to ” matters stated in the notice of motion.
