U.S. Marine Corps veteran Michael H. Jones appeals through counsel from that portion of a September 28, 2007, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision that denied an initial compensable rating for right ear hearing loss, and entitlement to service connection for left ear hearing loss and for erectile dysfunction claimed as secondary to the appellant’s serviceconnected Type II diabetes mellitus.
