¶ 1. Kimberly B. appeals from a judgment of conviction for intentionally causing bodily harm to a child for whom she was responsible, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 948.03(2)(b) and (5) (2001-02). The conviction relates to an incident in a mall parking lot where two loss prevention officers witnessed Kimberly repeatedly punch and verbally abuse her nine-year-old daughter.
