MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WHITMAN KNAPP, District Judge.
Plaintiff has brought this motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure claiming that she is entitled to judgment in the amount of $28,240.43 as a matter of law on the ground that defendant breached a separation agreement pursuant to which he was obligated to pay certain sums for alimony and child support. Defendant responded that he had not breached the separation agreement and further, that this court does not have subject matter jurisdiction since plaintiffs claim involves matters of family law…
