¶ 1. Yolanda Weston and Sherrieck Nelson appeal from trial court orders denying their petitions for review of decisions of the Division of Hearings and Appeals (DHA).2 Both women contend that the Department of Workforce Development's (DWD) decision to place them in "unsubsidized employment," based on findings that they are "job ready," is contrary to the Wisconsin statutes implementing the Wisconsin Works (W-2) program.
