This suit was brought by Mrs. Elsie Keuper, joined pro forma by her husband, as the owner and holder of two series of vendor's lien notes, for debt and foreclosure, against Mrs. Caroline Seydler, individually and as independent executrix of, and sole devisee under, the will of Rudolph H. Seydler, deceased, who had, during his lifetime, executed one series of said notes, and had assumed the payment of the other series sued upon.
