Ajuvenile court adjudicated 16-year-old C. S. delinquent for acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. The judge ordered that C. S. be placed in confinement for 24 months and kept in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice until he reaches age 21. In Case No. A15A1154, C.
