This is an appeal by Baer Brothers, Inc., appellant, from a judgment against it, and in favor of Ross G. Keller, Sr., appellee.

On February 25, 1954, about 10 A. M., a collision occurred between appellant’s truck and appellee’s automobile, operated by appellee, near Cumberland, Maryland. No question is raised in this appeal as to the lia bility of the appellant. The question here is as to damages.
