On August 26, 1910, Della Cunningham, in the district court of Latimer county, sued the Great Western Coal & Coke Company, W. P. Thomas, and Dan Hughes in damages for the negligent killing of her husband, who met his death in the same explosion mentioned in the Coffman case, ante, 143 Pac. 30, against this same defendant. Later she dismissed the suit against Thomas and Hughes.
