MEMORANDUM AND DECISION

EDWARD D. HAYES, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Debtor, Robert Mason, has proposed a modified reorganization Plan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1201 et seq. Objections to the modified Plan have been filed by Farmers Home Administration (“FmHA”) and Farm Credit of Western New York, ACA (“Farm Credit”). The objections of FmHA and Farm Credit are sustained.
