Appellant was found guilty of forgery, and on appeal the court of appeals reversed his conviction, holding that the evidence was insufficient because there was no proof that Appellant had the intent to defraud or harm another. Ramsey v. State, No. 07-14-00249-CR, 2014 WL 7271488, at *3 (Tex.App. — Amarillo Dec. 17, 2014) (mem.op.) (not designated for publication).
