This action was brdught by appellee, Tom E. Haygood, in the District Court of Fort Bend County for the recovery of damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by him while working in the plant of the Imperial Sugar Company at Sugar-land, Texas, as' an employee of the S. P. Braud Conveyor Service, which firm was performing work under a contract with the Imperial Sugar Company.
