MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

At issue before the court are Employers Insurance Company of Wausau’s Motions to Quash the Subpoenas Duces Tecum that MSBAIT served on CNA and Aon.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiff, Minnesota School Board Association Insurance Trust (“MSBAIT”) and Defendant, Employers Insurance Company of Wausau (“Wausau”) are engaged in an insurance coverage dispute in federal court in Minnesota.
