Reversing.

This suit was brought by Blaine Johnson against Monroe Johnson to recover the possession of an undivided one-half of eight acres of land that he claimed to be the owner of under a deed executed to him by Elijah Johnson in March, 1913, and he also- sought damages for its detention. The petition averred that in August, 1911, Elijah Johnson executed to Monroe Johnson a deed conveying to him this interest, but that Elijah Johnson at that time was an infant under the age of twenty-one years, which fact was well known to Monroe Johnson, and that when…
