ROVNER, Circuit Judge.
After an arbitrator overturned the decision of Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. (“Clear Channel”) to discharge one of its employees for a workplace safety violation, Clear Channel brought suit to vacate the arbitrator’s award. See 29 U.S.C. § 185(a). The district court instead confirmed the arbitrator’s decision, concluding that the arbitrator had acted within his authority to interpret the collective bargaining agreement between Clear Channel and its unionized workforce.
