In the district court of Oklahoma county, Nora Goldstandt obtained a judgment against her husband, Pred S. Goldstandt, for a decree of divorce, the custody of their minor child, a settlement of their property rights, and that he should pay her the sum of $400 per month “for her maintenance and support and the support of their minor child” in accordance with a written agreement between the parties as to such payments.
