OPINION AND ORDER
2Per curiam
This litigation consists of three actions pending in federal court in either Kansas City, Kansas, or across the Missouri River in Kansas City, Missouri. White Industries, a party to all three actions, moves the Panel for an order transferring the Kansas action under 28 U.S.C. § 1407 to the Western District of Missouri for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings.
